Provide patient help for morning transfer in and out of bed, bath, wheelchairs, Assist in bathing, dressing and personal grooming. Assist in oral and NGT Feeding, serving medication, changing diaper, positioning, and daily physical exercise Clean and maintain the ward neat and tidy Monitor and observe patient's health, safety and welfare and check patient's daily vital signs, record any changes Update daily patient care, condition, progress or problem and report and discuss observation with staff nurse, Supervisor or case manager. Respond to patients call bells in timely manner, identify patient needs and provide. Order medicine and milk supplies and inform any equipment failure to ward in charge, supervisor or manager. Nursing Care in Catheterization, and assist in simple wound care
