Mr. Turner is a Partner in the West Palm Beach office of Arnstein & Lehr, LLP and has practiced in Southeast Florida for the past 19 years. Mr. Turner practices primarily in the area of civil litigation before state and federal courts throughout Florida, with an emphasis on defending businesses against product defect and premises liability actions, toxic exposure cases and maritime claims. He also represents clients in general commercial litigation matters, including commercial tort and professional negligence claims, corporate and partnership disputes, construction defects, contract and real estate litigation and the enforcement of intellectual property rights. He commonly represents product manufacturers and distributors, retail businesses, financial institutions, contractors, shipping companies and recreational boating clubs.
