Identified design, process, and equipment options to satisfy client needs, minimize costs and limit potential operational problems. Initiated project management knowledge study and subsequently standardized project management practices. Wrote protocols, qualification documents, test plans and test reports to provide effective quality assurance. Provided awareness and understanding of overall project portfolio, interactions, and issues. Worked on all equipment Electrical, Pneumatics. Problem solving. (Reason for leaving needed to return to Kentucky due to mother’s cancer illness.)

I supervised over 35 plus employees. Did hands on Maintenance on machines, Presses, Hydraulic, pneumatic, fabrication. Conferred with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. Developed, coordinated, and monitored all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs. Worked with single and three-phase power distribution. Troubleshoot equipment problems using tools such as multi-meter, megger, and general hand-tools. Installed equipment and systems on time and on schedule. (Reason for leaving; I completed my degree, and better job opportunity.)
