 Kinaxis RapidResponse Solution Architect – Works with C-level management, head-of different groups and business leads to understand business needs and to determine how RapidResponse can support those needs. Identifies opportunities to use RapidResponse for process improvement. Lead discussion sessions to map out business requirements and develop potential solutions in RapidResponse. Manage internal and external resources for configuration and authoring requirements. Prepare and document testing requirements.  Kinaxis RapidResponse Center of Excellence (CoE) lead Create a Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation roadmap and global rollout plan. Provide functional and configuration expertise on RapidResponse Supply Planning module. Create and document new business processes based on the RapidResponse solution and ensure global rollout. Conducts supply planning master data review and management. Ensures end-user adoption of the RapidResponse solution. Creates user training materials and trains new RapidResponse Subject Matter Experts (SME). Works with Kinaxis Knowledge Network support for any technical and functional issues encountered.  Kinaxis RapidResponse technical support – Do authoring work on RapidResponse resources from creating and enhancing workbooks/worksheets, dashboards, scripts, tasks and alerts. Creates new close loop requirements to Oracle EBS. Provide users a way to mass update data changes in RapidResponse. Makes changes to the data model and data mapping and creates new custom tables if needed.

Supply Chain Transformation – Worked directly with C-level management to strategically transform the planning process to minimize demand fluctuation, increase service level and minimize PO rescheduling.  Designed and implemented a customer owned inventory process – Worked with SVP of Sales and Marketing to design a process that will reserve materials purchased by the customers so it can be used only for their orders.  Project management – Managed a team of business leads and IT developers. Worked with business leads to identify process gaps and system limitations to come up with a business requirement. Created Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions to finalize the proposed solution and use this to create functional specs for the IT development team. Created test scripts, conducted UAT and end user training as well.  Manage business functions for Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) – Manage ASCP configuration, functional enhancements, functional design and issue resolution to support business requirements.  Implemented Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) - Setup multiple customer hubs, distribution centers, centralized warehouses and 4 manufacturing sites. Used Bills of Distribution (BOD).  Admin of Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) – Troubleshooting/resolving issues and escalation to Oracle support if needed. Monitored weekly MRP run and daily scheduled tasks.  Manage business functions for Plan to Build and Order to Cash modules in Oracle EBS – Manage Order Management, Manufacturing, Inventory, BOM and Routing configuration, functional enhancements, functional design and issue resolution involving modules to support business.  Managed a development team – Provided technical support for customizations, enhancements and reporting requests using PL/SQL (Oracle EBS and ASCP).  EDI integration with Oracle EBS – EDI messages from Customer Orders, Forecast and Invoices to Supplier PO, PO Changes and PO Confirmation.
