I am Managing Director and Head of Real Assets Debt Advisory at Alantra, leading the UK debt advisory team within the firm’s specialist European Real Assets platform. I focus on complex real estate financing situations where disciplined capital structuring, trusted lender partnerships and execution certainty are critical to delivering the right outcome for clients. With more than 20 years of real estate capital markets experience, I advise a broad client base spanning institutional investors, private equity sponsors, family offices, private capital, high-net-worth investors, developers, operators and real estate owners on complex financing strategies across living, healthcare, hospitality, office, retail, logistics, life sciences and data centre assets. I have advised on more than £30 billion of transactions across the UK and Europe, including investment and development finance, senior and whole-loan facilities, bridge and recapitalisation financings, mezzanine capital and highly structured financing solutions for complex asset, portfolio and platform-level situations. My debt advisory work is underpinned by broader experience across joint ventures, equity placements, investment sales and portfolio transactions, providing a full capital stack perspective on financing strategy, lender appetite, risk allocation and value creation. Prior to joining Alantra, I was a Managing Director and a member of the global leadership team at HFF, where I helped establish the firm’s UK office and played a key role in expanding HFF’s real estate capital markets platform into Europe. HFF was subsequently acquired by JLL, where I spent six years as a senior member of the EMEA Debt & Structured Finance team
