Managing QNB (Qatar National Bank) account – the leading bank in Qatar • Being responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables • Reviewing all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met • Building relationships with employer/group clients and serve as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery • Leading and training an account executive • Liaising with other departments in the agency (production/media/finance and creative) to ensure all goals are met • Being responsible for managing fully fledged campaigns • Providing regular input on all account activity, including status and contact reports on a weekly basis to the agency’s management

Client: QNB • Representing the client’s interests at the agency anԁ the agency’s interest at the client • Managing day-to-day jobs with efficient follow-ups • Developing campaigns under the supervision of the Account Manager: retail product and services, corporate campaigns and branches branding (diversified experience) • Developing important projects i.e. QNB General Assembly 2010 event which included the Annual Report/CSR and Financial Results publications • Liaising with the other departments to ensure all deliverables are on time (production/media/finance and creative)
