* Infrastructure Refresh Programme * Migrate 4500 European users to Win 10 / Office 365 / Teams. Consolidate group hosting. Consolidate group networking. AWS Migration Project * Migration of web and SQL servers from physical machines to AWS Cloud. Working with multiple internal Development and Operations teams and a delivery partner to migrate over 160 servers to AWS.

Part of the team running the HE Telephony Contract Replacement Programme. My role was to specify and procure the cloud based Customer Contact Centre solution using government approved procurement frameworks.

Project SOAP – Service Optimisation Agile Project. I worked with a team of 7 responsible for the designing, planning and executing of a new operating model for NHS Digital’s Service Management department. The transformation involved moving the department away from a traditional ITIL governance focused approach to one that embraced Agile techniques and was better equipped to manage internally delivered services. The new operating model aligns traditional Service Management with modern DevOps development methods. This was a ground-breaking project which has received international recognition and was awarded “Innovation Project of The Year” at the 2017 ITSMF awards.

Following on from my previous role at Control F1 developing the RAC’s telematics platform, I was contacted by the RAC and offered a Project Management position with them direct. My role is to manage a mixed team of Developers, Testers, BAs and Dev Ops to support and develop the RAC’s telematics platform. The application is hosted by Amazon in their AWS cloud solution. I am responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple projects of varying size including development and infrastructure projects. Projects are developed in .Net & C# and delivered using Agile and Jira.

Control F1 is a software development agency specialising in mobile and web based data driven applications. As well as client management, my role was to manage a team of 14 Developers, Testers, BAs and Dev Ops to support and develop the RAC’s telematics platform. The application is hosted by Amazon in their AWS cloud solution. Responsibilities included T3 support and all new development. I was responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple projects of varying size including development and infrastructure projects. Projects are developed in .Net & C# and delivered using Agile and Jira

Managing customer implementations/trials/restructures and developing relationships with new, existing, and prospective customers to form the basis of successful ongoing contracts. Directed and managed projects from beginning to end including defining project scope, goals and deliverables. Specific projects included restructures to the set-up of the client’s customer websites, pilots/competitive trials, and implementations.

Developed an online surveying tool which allows schools to easily collect data about pupil’s physical activities. The application is being used in over 2000 schools and to date nearly half a million pupils have accessed the system.
