* Secured over $2.5M in business FY2017 * Responsible for producing and presenting bids and proposals on all new projects * Act as buyer to complete contract negotiations and acquisitions of equipment and materials totaling over $1M FY2017 * Maintain and develop relationships with customers including Aldi’s, Southern Kansas Telephone, Cox Communications, Level 3, Kansas Fiber Network and Crossland Construction * Manage team of 40 contract employees and coordinate shift schedules for multiple job sites * Oversee FTTP project in Clearwater, Kansas installing mainline fiber optics throughout the city * Produce progress reports for project partners and reconcile inspector reports to identify irregularities and balance productions for proper billing * Review and administer monthly billing statements reaching up to $400,000 in production
