Dr. Sample has a unique combination of work experience in juvenile justice and higher education teaching and administration. He has taught graduate and undergraduate students in program development and evaluation, human resource management, training and organization development at several universities, including Florida State University. Dr. Sample provides plaintiff and defense attorneys with litigation support in the general area of human resource management, negligent training, and referral, and failure to train to standard.
