Safety,Health,Environmental,Business risk and Product quality compliance, by ensuring adherence to legal and applicable company standards and procedures, safety standards, SOPs and other procedures . Entrenching Strategic leadership and influence to ensure an optimal and motivated team structure is created and led by sound performance management and transformational leadership practices. Managing relationships with customers to maintain internal and external relations, including interface with external service providers.
