Lead engineer for the development of two opto-electronic modules that were taken to the prototype stage. One of the modules was a pair of parallel optical modules using a 12-channel VCSEL and Photo Diode. All die were gold stud bumped and flip chip attached with ICA to the flex based substrate. The second module was a transceiver utilizing standard die attach and wire bond processes. Proprietary ideas generated during the design of the transceiver resulted in a joint Technology Patent.
