Lead on the quantitative workstream for Born in Bradford: Age of Wonder, a longitudinal study of 30,000 teenagers in Bradford secondary schools. Responsibilities: Co-designing, implementing, and analysing questionnaire data Managing the development of the next-generation of the Clinical Kinematic Assessment Tool (CKAT) and other cognitive measures (Working Memory, Inhibition, Processing Speed) Systems design for bespoke back office web-application for organising project resources and planning Line manager for research and implementation assistants responsible for engagement and data collection Lead design and implementation of interactive dashboards for data feedback to external stakeholders

Developed a web-based, gamified asssessment of sensorimotor control and inhibition to remotely test adolescents Used these measures to model academic attainment in mathematics and English language Embedded cognitive measures in research co-produced with participating teenagers to contextualise the results Invited speaker: Kongsberg Vision Conference 2019 Advances in Motor Learning and Motor Control (MLMC) 2021

Project manager for the Helping Handwriting Shine project, a randomised control trial of a school-based handwriting intervention aiming to improve primary school students handwriting skills.

Designed and developed prototype node.js platform for conducting experimental psychological research online; Scripted all server, database and client-side operations; Encorporates node.js, mongoDB, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, chart.js and security features;
