* Senior Application Engineer, Project Component Manager * Chassis Control Systems * Wheel speed sensor component responsible – report to business group manager. * Design, integrate, and launch sensor designs to meet specific vehicle environment. * Initiate and implement cost significant cost reductions within design responsibility. * Responsible for creation of internal drawing packages and bill of material. * Coordinate PVP&R / DVP&R schedules for new sensor designs.

Design & release of new torsional coupling prototypes. * Sub management of internal engineering projects – torsional couplings, drive shafts, custom balancing. * Provide engineering support for driveshaft production. * Coordinate test schedules of automotive components for imbalance issues. * Driveline NVH / imbalance testing; axles, drive shafts, transmissions, transfer cases.

* Mechanical Engineering Intern * Automation applications engineering – report to business group manager * Mechanical installation leader for projects. * Tool end conceptual design for robotic applications. * Create packaging solutions for automated processes. * Creating floor layouts, assisting in equipment lists, and developing proposals.

* Senior Project Manager, Ford Account * Project Manager & commercially responsible for Ford heavy duty truck, Flex, Taurus, and Transit brake controls (ESP and Wheel Speed Sensors) * Heavy duty truck and SUV projects * Coordination of cost, price, timing for new business, customer changes, and internal changes. * Currently responsible for managing $75m+ in active new business
