Mr. Palmesano accepted a position with CSG International in 1994. He worked in the marketing services division, and his primary responsibilities included the print management/sales of ancillary products offered, such as bill inserts and other printed materials for current and new customers to CSG International.

Mr. Palmesano provided print and mail solutions to the cable TV and wireless companies throughout the United States. He worked primarily with the marketing departments within these companies helping them to achieve their goals by utilizing the services he provided. In addition to printing their marketing pieces, mailers, postcards, bill inserts, custom envelopes and business forms, he also offered project management for all print and mail projects and inventory control for their business forms and other continual use products.
