A few recent achievements include: ► Successfully collaborated with the sales division to adjust account frequencies achieving a 4.4% YTD and 5% LE increases in capacity occupation, a decrease in fleet size removing three vehicles, and lowered the stop-count per truck by one complete stop. ► Decreased total recordable injuries from 11 in 2015 to only three in 2017. ► Achieved a $250K favorability to a zero-based budget in 2015 and $350K in 2016 and 2017, managing an annual delivery budget of more than $5M.
