Managed a 400 PC rollout of new Dell computers in a time period of three months, each computer was network capable and equipped with Windows 2000 and Office 2000. Responsible for adding new users to the system, this involved giving each new user a Windows NT account, an Exchange account and Novell ID. Also responsible for other duties, such as: installing and configuring new software on the users’ PCs, troubleshooting software and hardware issues with the users in person or over the telephone, administering users’ rights and permissions across the entire network. Migrated various divisions within the organization from a legacy Windows 3.11/Novell NetWare 3.12 network to our new Windows 95/Windows NT Server 4.0 network.

Performed troubleshooting and hardware testing utilizing specialized software, SIMS.Reviewed ongoing systems operations for customers to analyze performance problems and recommend solutions.
