Dawood Geotechnical is a group of licensed professional engineers and geologists with experience handling complex soil, bedrock and groundwater issues throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Dawood professionals along with technically skilled support staff are focused on providing cost-effective solutions while adhering to accelerated project schedules. Oversight of the geotechnical operations for Dawood Engineering in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Job duties included preliminary and final geotechnical design, field inspection oversight, pavement design and construction inspection for public and private clientele. Geotechnical design included shallow foundation solutions consisting of spread footings on soil and rock and deep foundation solutions consisting of caissons, H-piles, integral abutments, and Monotubes.
