• Responsible for sales activities of ABB Data Center products (BMS, PMS, DCIM, and integrated solutions) in Egypt North and Central Africa Region (ENCA). • Report sales activities and results to the sales manager and record it on SFDC. • Preparing market studies, segmentation and conduct promotional activities for ABB Data Center products in ENCA region. • Preparing technical and commercial quotations for opportunities received directly from customers or through EPCs in allocated markets. • Meeting and exceeding the targets of orders received, operational EBIT, cash flow, and revenues. • Ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and after-sales services.

Approve, operate and maintain all Electromechanical systems serving “WE” Data centers.  Electrical equipment “electrical panels, UPS, Inverters, Rectifiers and batteries”  light current systems “Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access and BMS”  Air-conditioners serving data centers.

Prepared technical and commercial offers for PV projects.  Built the conceptual design, sizing and simulation of PV systems using "PVsyst" simulator.  Delivered Energy Efficiency courses funded by UNDP for 10 groups each of 30 person.
