Promoted to assume day-to-day operations of the following services: rehabilitation medicine therapies, respiratory therapy, clinical labs, endoscopy, dialysis, neurophysiology, psychiatry, pulmonary function testing lab, employee fitness center. Managed over 500 FTEs serving over 130,000 patients annually. Managed a $90M budget across all service areas. Developed space strategies and capital projects. Completed projects include an automated lab, inpatient unit, adult ED, adult CPEP, and GMP lab. Oversaw the campus emergency management program; serve as Incident Commander for weather emergencies, transit shutdowns, and unexpected infrastructure failures. Led all regulatory compliance and organizational readiness strategies and activities; Incident Commander for CMS and JC surveys; Project managed hospital-wide initiatives such as patient experience, LOS, financial efficiency, and quality. Preceptor for the summer intern program.

Recruited to maintain and grow operations for a 260-bed freestanding psychiatric hospital, a 64-bed inpatient program, and all outpatient clinics and ancillary programs that provided 5,500 discharges and 50,000 ambulatory visits annually Led cross-campus functions, including budgeting, HR, financial management, patient billing, IT, and compliance; responsible for management of 900 staff and a $100M budget. Managed marketing, public relations, program development, and new business development teams. Planned and executed large-scale projects, including NYS Heal Grant renovations and the design of new inpatient psych units and CPEP. Oversaw emergency management program. Managed the patient experience program.

Oversaw administrative, financial, and HR operations for the department, including management of 70 staff and faculty. Planned and executed the department's $10M budget, including operations, affiliation, endowments, discretionary funds, and grants. Managed two multi-clinician faculty group practices. Coordinated faculty recruitment process. On-Boarded new Chairman Administered residency program including match and RRC preparation. Collaborated in the development and implementation of departmental space plans and executed all space renovations for offices, clinics, and research.
