I have 10+ years of experience working in the Food & Beverage Industry. I worked my way up from a dishwasher to leading an entirely new department for my employer in a matter of 4 years. During my time in the distillery, I successfully grew my department from the ground up. I was responsible for every aspect of the operation including: recipe formulation, fermentation, distillation, bottling and packaging, shipping, inventory management, research and development, quality control, maintaining and submitting all required legal and governmental paperwork to remain in code during operation. After feeling that I took this operation as far as I could, I decided to return to school to finish my degree for business. I am current employed as the Production Manager for BKON.
