• Drive standardization of processes and procedures, transaction methods with suppliers, supplier selection processes / ongoing supplier management, data collection, negotiation, performance improvement and cost reduction. • Participate in existing and new plan design processes to assure timely acquisition of materials to support product launches and field requirements. • Lead negotiation efforts on purchase agreements and vendor contracts with a bias for achievement of quality, delivery, cost containment and process improvement. • Develop and maintain systematic, analytical and results-based method for monitoring supplier’s performance and communicate these results to the suppliers and the construction team. Provide timely and actionable information for corrective actions to be taken where necessary to both the supplier and construction team. • Manage and support corporate oversight for purchases, across multiple expense categories and create strategic vision for the company as well as driving purchasing synergies to achieve cost savings the entire family of companies. • Lead negotiation efforts on purchase agreements and vendor contracts with a bias for achievement of quality, delivery, cost containment and process improvement. • Work with manufacturers to secure beneficial rebate agreements. • Work with the procurement teams within each organization and facilitate an ongoing process of information sharing, forecasting, best practice implementation, and supplier communications. • The goal of this position is to ensure that we have top down visibility into our entire supply chain, streamline communications with our suppliers and drive best practice procurement procedures in all of our companies.

Supervise and manage home construction and coordinate operations with sales and staff in their area subdivision's. Conduct community meetings to coordinate closings between sales and construction. Control overhead cost at a community/area level. Create and maintain communication links between purchasing and architects for cost control.

Customer Service Supervise the building of sold and inventory homes from start to finish. Attend Weekly subdivisions meetings to coordinate sales and closings between all parties. Maintain model homes subdivisions appearance and construction offices. Hire and terminate contractors. Control budget cost of each home.
