I have over six years experience in restaurant operations and team management. I have been in charge of multi-restaurant training and operations and am currently the General Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill in Dayton Ohio. I strive to provide our guests and team members with the best possible experience each time they step into our restaurant. I am driven by results and by having a positive impact on each person I have the privilege of serving. Formally, I was in Technical Operations for Time Warner Cable and was employed as a fiber optic, coaxial and hardline technician. In my years with TWC I was in charge of customer relations, infrastructure integrity and training new technicians for field operations.
