Senior Account Manager for Oracle at TD SYNNEX, focused on helping partners and government customers successfully adopt Oracle Cloud, SaaS applications, and modern data platforms. My role centers on building and enabling the Oracle services ecosystem. I work with consulting firms, systems integrators, and specialized technology partners to develop Oracle-based solutions and bring them to market through TD SYNNEX’s distribution and contract vehicles. Key areas of focus include: • Enabling partners to deliver Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), SaaS, and data/AI solutions • Supporting RFP responses and capture strategy for federal and enterprise opportunities • Identifying and onboarding new Oracle consulting and implementation partners • Structuring partner teams that combine OCI, Oracle applications, and complementary technologies • Helping partners navigate federal contract vehicles and procurement channels

I provide Oracle consulting services in the areas of: Cloud Road-maps for Oracle Applications; Migration Assessment and subsequent Lift and Shift of Oracle Applications, SPARC and DBs to the Cloud; Oracle Consulting Advisory for Oracle Enterprise Security, Identity Management, Data Resiliency, Data Analytics, APEX, Big Data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (including our MSET2 tools for anomaly detection)

My team helps enable customer success by offering Army/ DISA/ DLA, DMDC and COCOM customers Oracle expertise to create and run agile, intelligent business applications through full utilization of modern architectures spanning on-premises and the cloud. Specifically, I provide Oracle consulting services in the areas of: Cloud Road-map for Oracle Applications; Migration Assessment and subsequent Lift and Shift; SaaS implementation including Oracle Cloud ERP, Cloud HCM and Cloud Financials; E-Business Suite to Oracle Cloud; Accelerator for Micro-service Application Development in Oracle Cloud; Oracle Consulting Lift and Shift for Oracle Applications, SPARC and DBs to the Cloud; Oracle Consulting Advisory for Oracle Enterprise Security/Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.

I performed business development/capture management for SAIC's National Security Group which includes the Intelligence Community, USAF and DoD. I focused on AF business area software, network services, platform integration (including armament testers, bomb racks and missile launchers), logistics, supply chain optimization, and SETA/A&AS support. I was also SAIC's NETCENTS 2 Capture Lead and their AFMC Account Mgr. Managed the NETCENTS 2 EISM and the EITA prime contract vehicles. I have been trained in the Miller Heiman capture approach. While at SAIC, I spend 8 years in the WPAFB area (Dayton, OH) and 7 years in the Gunter area (Montgomery AL). Other Transaction Authority (OTA approach) advocate. I have successfully worked with multiple AF depot customers, explained the OTA Rules of Engagement, and worked with them to use OTA process to address their requirements.

Before joining SAIC, as the Vice Director and Military Commander of the Operations and Sustainment Systems Group (OSSG), 2004 - 2005 (now called PEO BES) I exercised leadership across all facets of the Group including overseeing support of 180 fielded enterprise IT systems and ensuring continuity of ops. This included overseeing over 1,300 military and civilian members and over 700 contract personnel. My duties included coordinated financial planning and execution across the Group ($442M spend including 2,047 annual contract actions).

Led the Air Force’s largest software sustainment activity supporting AF information technology needs at 390 sites worldwide; Supervised over 440 military, DoD civilian and contractor personnel; Executed $48M budget. Accountable for sustaining over 37 mission-critical combat support and business area information systems; over 300 software releases per year in support of the AF operational management information. Ensured development, modernization, and sustainment activities were consistent with the joint technical architecture. Developed cost proposals and enterprise solutions for Air Force, Defense Information Support Agency, and Defense Finance and Accounting Service information and technology initiatives.

Directed engineering and modernization activities for the AF Logistics Systems Information System Program Office (IL SPO); Served as Chief Technical Advisor to SPO Director. Supervised 50 military and DoD civilian personnel; Executed $25M budget. Developed Air Force strategic plan to integrate 130+ logistics information systems including 26 ACAT III programs. Provided engineering, computer security, and training support to all Air Force logistic system program managers including forecasts/plans to insert technologies to maintain Air Force lead in information dominance

Various logistics positions in various locations spanning retail and wholesale supply, fuels, transportation and medical logistics. Positions ranged from Flight Chief to Squadron Commander. Commands included a Supply Squadron, Logistics Support Squadron (Supply, Transportation, PMEL, Fuels and Transient Alert), and Logistics Squadron. Worked various logistics positions at differing levels including base-level, Numbered AF Staff, Air Logistics Center and MAJCOM Staff. Special duty assignments included Education with Industry Program (DOE’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve) and the AF Logistics Career Broadening Program 1997 - 99 Commander of the 311th Logistics Squadron at Brooks AFB, TX 1995 - 97 Commander of the 42nd Supply and the 42nd Logistics Support Squadron which included Supply, A/C Transit Alert and Transportation both at Maxwell AFB, AL 1986 - 95 Various Headquarters positions including running the Fuels Management Division at AETC HQ (Randolph AFB), the Supply and Fuels Management Div at 8th AF (Barksdale AFB) and the Fuels Management Division at 3AF (RAF Mildenhall) 1979 - 1984 - Ran two base level supply/fuel operations (RAF Alconbury, UK and Mountain Home AFB, ID)
