Global Service support included all CAD, CAE, Systems Engineering, Product Testing, Machine Shops and Prototype Manufacturing from four sites in NA, China and Germany. Increased CAD output by 50% in one year, reduced test costs by 15% and increased number of tests completed per person, introduced new CAE processes that eliminated late design changes and also helped write the specification for a new PDM system.

Successfully created Virtual Products for the Denton ATD Company, as a start-up company with full product P&L responsibility. The Company specialized in detailed FE models of crash test dummies. Ultimately, the whole Denton Company was bought by a Private Venture Capital Company and then merged with FTSS, the main competitor. Denton Virtual Product shares were successfully sold to the PVC.

Created TASS, a private Company, from a group of Dutch government sponsored TNO entities and seven global offices. Position came with full P&L responsibility. TASS delivers full safety system solutions to complex automotive safety problems and is headquartered in Delft, The Netherlands. Customers included all major Automotive OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers related to Vehicle Crash Safety. Created company branding. Revenue grew from $15 Million making a loss to $22 Million and making a making profit. The heavy debt base present in 2003 was eliminated by 2007. Earnings per employee increased by 63% between 2003 and 2008.
