Create and execute the site Continuous Improvement Strategy. Lead and facilitate projects that drive improvements to safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity leveraging Operational Excellence processes like Lean, Six Sigma, Mfg. Engineering and Mfg. Strategy. Deploy and train personnel in the Lean Six Sigma tools and processes to build employee engagement and create long term sustainability.

Led 20 machinists across 3 shifts in 2 departments to produce machined components to supply other Eaton Aerospace assembly facilities in NA and EMEA. Coordinated and worked closely with dedicated high-performance work team supply chain planner / buyer, quality engineer and manufacturing engineer to ensure all safety, quality, delivery and cost goals were met or exceeded. Supported and coordinated new equipment installations to further support growth and increase customer satisfaction.

* Led new product line launch utilizing cross wedge roll forging technology and equipment from Minsk, Belarus * Provided the ability to in-source the forging of shafts used in medium and heavy-duty truck transmissions assembled at other Eaton sites within North America * Led the purchase, detailed design, supplier builds and run-offs through installation, integration, prove-out and PPAP * 2M capital project producing $1.6M in annual cost savings

* Led Lean Six Sigma kaizens and projects to increase throughput in plant constraint department, reducing OT and increasing overall plant capacity * Reduced OT and department headcount produced $600k of cost savings * Supported launch of new high volume engine valve grinding line and led all lean implementations, focusing on standard work, 5S and setup reduction

Led a Lean project focused on improving ergonomics and increasing productivity for Victoria Secret's distribution.

Manage the Machine Seals and Mating Ring departments where we make precision carbon face seals and hydrodynamic mating rings used in aircraft engines, as well as gearboxes, starter units, hydraulic pumps and fuel pumps. Lead team of 2 senior engineers, 2 supply chain analysts and 25 CNC machinists, grinders, stamping press operators and assemblers in order to safely provide high-quality products with the delivery and cost expected by our aerospace customers around the world.
