Planning Engineer with programme management expertise. Currently working on 3 leisure’s centres in the south, and a historic Walled garden in the North East of England. Main role on these projects is to provide programme support by way of development of the Contract Programme, progress reporting for management and client updates. Development of the construction (target working) programme against the baseline, time management via planned progress Vs actual and procurement look ahead (risk and opportunity) progress reporting, and short term support programming, scheduling. Previously worked and gained experience on a range of projects such as medical centre's, surgeries, schools, general commercial new builds and housing both new build and refurbishments. In the past I have Managed and coordinated several projects within the renewables sector, working on anaerobic digestion plants/ Gas to Grid: Electrical generation to grid and contract managed Energy Centre and a Walled garden/Visitor centre.
