•Member of the senior management team tdealing with all major policy, strategic and operational issues, provide leadership to the paper mill’s overall business and focus on the involvement of staff and production to produce superior sustainable results. •Direct all activities of the Kraft Pulp Mill, Kraft Paper Mill, Newsprint, Groundwood & Waste departments.

•Ensure long term sustainability and profitability of Mill. Moving current production away from low contributing commodities to high value adding Niche products with major focus on product development, cost reduction & profit improvement projects. How can we best utilize assets to generate the highest returns and profits •Key liaison between all production units, marketing departments, end users and customers •Responsible for the Role out and implementation of Lean Manufacturing Principles and procedures throughout the entire Mill. •Key involvement in the planning and execution of the future strategy of Stanger Mill •Responsible for the Quality Control and Production planning departments.

Total ownership and management of the entire Tissue, Paper, Coater and Cutter lines. High level of focus on safety, training, cost reduction and maximizing plant efficiencies and output.

Day to day management of all paper line activities.

Responsible for sales and service to the Paper industry of all paper and pulp making equipment, clothing and technology
