Provided server support for the Development, Test, and Enterprise networks, consisting of over 150 Windows 2k servers. Technologies include IIS, Load Balancing, NetIQ, VBScript, Performance Monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting. Responsibilities include monitoring, maintenance, reporting, issue resolution and problem management. Monitoring and reports on system outages, system processes, batch jobs, and network hardware for: expected state, reactionary state and preventative measures to insure core systems stability, success and defined business requirements.

Involved with designing and integrating two network environments after a merger. This project included the redesign of network topologies to include new services, larger environment, and room for growth. The new infrastructure was successfully evaluated and implemented according to financial and deadline base constraints. Project technologies included Windows NT to 2000 and XP professional, Exchange 5.5 administration, OWA setup and support, Sonicwall SOHO2 firewall & VPN clients, HTML editing, Cisco switch support, and local area network troubleshooting. Project Management coordination with existing IT staff in areas of design and implementation involving Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 domain architectures.

* Member of an administration team for an international shipping company. The network consists of 428 NT Servers, 4000 client PC's and approximately 10,000 users worldwide. These servers are grouped in to multiple domains using a complete trust Domain model. * Supported servers worldwide where running services including WINS, RAS, DHCP, DNS, file & print services, and client/server applications. * NT shell scripting with remote tools to implement configuration changes to multiple servers worldwide. * Tier 3 support for over 2000 users worldwide via “on call” rotation for the support team. User SLA included support of technical issues for Windows 95/98 and NT Workstation machines (Related to hardware and software, operating systems, applications and printing) * Monitor network and server performance via MS Network Monitor, and Performance Monitor. * Designed and maintain Backups of production servers using Veritas Netbackup in a multi-homed SAN environment, as well as BackupExec for remote sites. * Mapping of network topology, configured printers, installed service packs & updates

* Server Infrastructure support for 400+ servers across multiple domains and security boundaries. * Migrated windows domains and services from 2000, 2003, 2008, and 2012. * Redesigned Public Key Infrastructure for multiple domains and agencies * Analysis and implementation of storage infrastructure NAS, SAN and windows file servers. * Backup Project – supported the existing legacy backup system while project and technical lead on replacement backup system.
