Completed 150+ electro-mechanical project design and consultations with 3D modeling for product presentation,equipment simulation, process automation, research and product development using 3D CAD/CAM modelling software (SolidWorks, AutoCad etc.)

Created more than 12,000 PV system design array layouts and proposals with total system size of more than 300,000 kW for residential applications with conservative considerations on AHJ requirements, 3D modeling of the roof and structure, and shading analysis utilizing various tools for PV simulation and site mapping. Prepaired detailed construction drawings, documentation, and permit submittal for US residential PV Systems as well as selecting proper roof mount assemblies from a variety of products to create mounting solutions on various types of roofs. Created single-line diagrams, electrical design and structural calculations, and electrical drawings to determine the appropriate interconnection method for Residential PV system design.

Worked with the refinery maintenance team, assisted with the 2019 PSTR Pitsop (turnaround planning and scheduling), conducted plant piping and equipment inspections and walkthroughs under supervision of the Process Area Maintenance Engineer/ Turnaround Manager
