As an IT Support Technician, I am responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various IT systems, including network infrastructure, attendance management systems, access control systems, CCTV Camera, queue management system smoke detectors..., I provide on-site and remote support, ensuring smooth system operation and prompt troubleshooting. My work involves collaboration with local banks, international NGOs, and private companies, delivering tailored IT solutions based on their needs. I also assist in the deployment and integration of new technologies, guaranteeing efficient and secure system performance for our clients.

During my two-month internship at NT GLOBAL, I received hands-on training in core areas of Information Technology. I learned how to install and configure network systems, attendance management systems, and access control devices. I also gained solid foundational knowledge in general IT support, including troubleshooting, cabling, and system setup. This internship strengthened my practical skills and prepared me for real-world IT challenges.

During my academic internship at USAN, one of the recognized internet service providers in Burundi, I gained practical experience in network deployment and maintenance. I assisted in sharing internet connections through fiber optic infrastructure and NanoStation antennas. I also contributed to basic IT support, including network setup, troubleshooting, and user assistance. This hands-on experience strengthened my skills in connectivity solutions and real-world ICT operations.
