May - September 2011, 2012, 2014 & 2015  Advising customers on the products and services they need.  Sharing my passion for cycling to encourage and inspire customers to ride more.  Creating loyalty by delivering and maintaining an exceptional standard of service and customer care.  Involved in the maintenance and repair of cycles - ranging from children cycles to professional competition cycles for both on road and off road.  Ordering procedures, stock level checks, putting away deliveries & operating the till.

 Ensuring rental fleet of 50 bikes are in full working condition for daily use.  Delivering effective customer service by ensuring customer bikes are serviced efficiently and to a high quality.  In charge of ordering customer and workshop parts.  Keeping the team motivated and giving them direction.  Managing colleague relationship.  Ensuring that all of the team adhere to the company’s processes and procedures.

Involved in general cycle and motorbike repairs, services and helping with MOTs, completing service forms for both cycles and Scooters, assembling bikes from kit, fault finding and locating parts as well as keeping work area clean and tidy, ordering procedures, stock levels, putting away deliveries and operating the till.

* Ski season in Andorra working in a Ski & Snowboard shop. * In charge of leasing ski equipment to Neilson and Crystal Ski holiday groups of 200+ customers every Sunday. * Servicing Skis and Snowboards - belt sanding, edging, waxing (machine & hand), polishing. * Engaging with customers in French, English and Spanish as well as nationalities from all over the world.
