✔︎ Led the full redesign and rebuild of the adidas.com Product Detail Page (PDP) in close collaboration with engineering — resulting in +12% PDP-to-cart conversion in the first release and a +45% increase in page speed across 20+ markets. ✔︎ Defined and launched the Product Experience Page, creating a scalable platform for storytelling and brand expression. ✔︎ Redesigned adidas.com global navigation and product cards, improving wayfinding and consistency across millions of user journeys. ✔︎ Drove continuous, data-informed iteration through usability testing, prototyping, and A/B experiments at global scale.

✔︎ InsingerGilissen — Led design of a digital Investor Banking portal for private banking clients. ✔︎ Widerøe (Norwegian airline) — Consulted and led design and implementation of the airline’s full digital portfolio, including flight search, booking, seat selection, and mobile check-in apps for frequent business travelers. Stepped in after a failed vendor implementation, resolving delays and enabling successful delivery. ✔︎ ING Wholesale Banking — Consulted on the redesign of ING’s wholesale banking digital ecosystem as part of a large, cross-functional team. ✔︎ KLM Component Services — Consulted on digitising manual workflows for engineers refurbishing and repairing airplane components. Designed an iPad app to replace barcode scanners and paper manuals, streamlining compliance with strict aviation protocols and procedures.
