Leading Antolin's China purchasing organization with full P&L responsibility across a team of 6 Commodity Managers, 8 Commodity Buyers, 1 STA Manager, and 10 STAs. My focus is twofold: driving cost reduction across the China supply base and shifting the procurement model from global dependency toward a "China for China / China for Global" structure — building local sourcing capability that serves both regional and international production needs. Day-to-day, this means developing my team, managing supplier relationships at a strategic level, and ensuring quality and delivery performance through a structured STA function. I work closely with engineering, quality, and global commodity teams to align on sourcing decisions that are both cost-competitive and supply-chain resilient. Background in procurement and supplier management within the automotive Tier 1 space, with hands-on experience navigating cross-cultural teams and complex multi-site supply bases in China.

Responsible for the global sourcing strategy of Coverings Below Surface — a commodity group spanning Non-Woven, NVH, EPP, Spacer Fabrics, and Foams, covering below-surface interior applications across Antolin's headliner and interior portfolio. Led a team of 7 Commodity Buyers operating across multiple regions, managing supplier relationships, negotiation cycles, and cost targets at a global level. Focus areas included supplier selection and qualification, contract management, and aligning regional sourcing decisions with global commodity strategy. Currently supporting knowledge transfer and team transition.
