Johanna Dieguez

Johanna migrated from her native country of Venezuela at age 18. In 2004 she earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration at County College of Morris. While enrolled at CCM she also traveled to France to study French at the Institut Francais des Alpes in Summer of 2003. In 2007 she obtained her Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration at Seton Hall University with dual majors in Finance and Marketing. During her time at Seton Hall she had the opportunity to travel to China while enrolled in a course called China in the Global Economy. She worked at Wakefern Food Corporation as an Associate Buyer for the Specialty Grocery Division for 7 years. She successfully managed the inventory of over 4,000 items for various specialty grocery commodities including private label and also Hispanic. She worked in the Procurement Division at Roland Foods LLC. for 3 years as a Buyer in charge of mainly Latin American product categories including Roasted Red Peppers, Quinoa, Hearts of Palm, Cream of Coconut, among others. During that time she helped expand both the Food Service and Retail product portfolio while successfully managing yearly contracts with major producers in the region. Currently she works in Upfield as the North American Procurement Assistant Manager for Tropical and Liquid Oils
