I worked with protein purification in R&D, both with proteins and peptides within diabetes and heamophilia. Our task were to supply projects with purified proteins and to develop purification processes to be used in clinical production. We were developing purification processes for novel proteins as well as modifying existing processes. The protein productions were from small lab scale up to mini-pilot scale. We worked with develop purification processes and to produce protein for early projects in R&D. We were responsible for the protein purifications in the projects until lead selection. Our tasks were mostly to produce minor quantities of many proteins. We worked with protein purification in pre-clinical projects in R&D, mostly with proteins within haemophilia. I was responsible for developing purification methods, and to purify proteins for projects in pre-clinical stage. In addition, I worked with the development of scalable purification processes which were intended to run in the internal production facility. I was also responsible to develop and run the necessary in-process analysis. One of the products where I was highly involved in the design of the purification process of Turoctocog alfa (Factor VIII), which was launched in 2014. -Process design -Protein purification -DoE -Downstream process of Turoctocog alfa (Factor VIII)

I worked with protein purification under GMP. The company is a contract manufacture and it was therefore many interactions with external customers. I was responsible for technology transfer, to develop purification methods, and worked as support to the production. I worked with cloning, expression, purification and characterisation of fungal cellulases, from T. reesei and H. insolens. The results were published in scientific journals as well as in a Ph.D. thesis. An educational programme to be a teacher in chemistry at Upper Secondary School level. The programme is a tailor made education which focus on the pedagogical part, for scholars with specialist knowledge. I have completed two semesters, out of three, in the programme.

I studied mathematics and chemistry and graduated with a M.Sc. In biochemistry. I also spent one year at Mc Gill University, Montreal, Canada, as a part of a student exchange programme. Keyword: Biochemist, mathematics
