I was in charge of air and sea imports from all over the world of equipment, tools and machine parts for automotive workshops nationwide. I was responsible for ensuring supply at the corporate level within of the group companies. I led the creation and formalization of the import area, as well as the organization of functions and processes, and the correct management of the operators Logistics. I managed to improve the import times by placing them in a better position than the best clearance practices according to peruvian Customs, and satisfactorily implement of anticipated clearances.

I was in charge of the FCL imports from Germany of automotive additives and lubricants. I was responsible for ensuring supply at the corporate level within of the group companies. I led the creation and formalization of the import area, as well as the organization of functions and processes, and the correct management of the operators Logistics. I managed to improve the import times by placing them in a better position than the best customs practices according to Peruvian customs, and successfully implement early clearance.

Industrial company for the extraction and processing of rocks for the manufacture and distribution of concrete nationally and internationally. (+3,000 workers). Responsible for 100% of imports at the corporate level during a maternity leave that lasted 6 months. I made imports and exports of rock machinery, supplies and spare parts for heavy and yellow line machinery; project and oversize cargo handling. I managed to maintain the flow of operations and timely supply through coordination with the planning and production areas.

Company dedicated to the design and execution of technical irrigation system projects for agribusiness. I was responsible for carrying out the project of improvement for the increase of the portfolio of manufacturing suppliers abroad. I managed to generate savings of 40% during the year of my management, I established the minimum stock necessary to comply the projects, I managed to increase 11 new manufacturers to the supplier portfolio, decreased of 60% dependency on a specific supplier, established a HUB warehouse in Israel with constant shipments through freight rates negotiation and the establishment of times and processes of cargo consolidatio. I decreased the amount of nonconforming products in the warehouse by 20% through the revision and improvement of the material master, the correct management of requirements and real time information.

Industrial company with 6 manufacturing plants for low, medium and high voltage transformers (power electronics), and manufacturing of cells and distribution boards (Metalmechanic) for various sectors nationwide, as well as exclusive distributor of different international brands (+900 workers) I was in charge of the portfolio of critical suppliers for manufacturing, making the purchase of goods and services in the local market and abroad, processes that I carried out from beggining to end, and due to my long term labor I was also in charge of recruiting staff for the logistics department.
