Supply Chain Management experience gained through purchasing, procurement, materials management, inventory management, logistics extended to include all commercials up to point of consulting with legal specialist, contract drafting, establishment and management. Collaboration and Supplier relationship management creating an end-to-end value chain to meet the Companies operational and strategic objectives in meeting changing customer demands in a highly competitive environment with global eceonomic challenges. Through leading a small but specialized team, will be able to provide cost effective, efficient and flexible full procurement, commercial and contract management and support services for any small to medium size business entity. Cross functional integration with engineering, costing, planning, quality, SHE, construction, finance and ultimately management is critical success factors. Previous industries include Aviation and Ground systems, FMCG, Telecommunication, Mining, Engineering & Construction and Consultancy Services within normal business or project environment. Started career with three years apprenticeship, N6 Technical Diploma, B Com Degree, Advance Programme in Purchasing Management, CIPS Professional Diploma and ready for application for MCIPS accreditation. Previous Employers include SAAF, Decca/Racal Avionics, Danone Clover, Lucent Technologies, De Beers, Murray & Roberts, RSV ENCO, Downer Mining and current EHL Engineering group. Contracts include Client Bespoke, FIDIC, NEC and CESA. Eager to share knowledge and train others and taking coaching or mentorship role whilst performing duties as required. Ability to work with all people at all levels and to fully understand pressing operational needs vs strategic requirements and intent in ensuring sustainability through fair and ethical procurement practices. Spend analyses and purchase classification, identifying key suppliers and products and developing purchasing and contracting strategies provide a competitive edge.
