You name it and I have probably done it. Have worn every hat from integration site manager, automation engineer, project manager, robotics lead, mechanical design, hardware design, process engineer, quality control, applications engineer, and will do whatever it takes to get a job done. Have worked prototype and BIW. We have done projects that would require many to do R&D straight on the floor with success.I own all the equipment to commission robots, welders, and software. I own all the tools needed to integrate an automation system. List of overall projects in word document below.

In charge of resistance spot welding expulsion for MBUSI. Collected weld curves and averaged them for Bosch 6000 adaptive welding. Ran customer buy-off for sealer applications as well. Added new weld schedules when needed and monitored daily. Met with the customer and planned all weekend work. Improved process all around the plant and worked on cycle time improvements on the toughest lines to achieve it. Got all styles under cycle time in the framers with 12 robots moving simultaneously. Filled in for site management often and scheduled progress meetings with the customer weekly.

As a maintenance multi-craft I implemented new logic that would help engineers troubleshoot welding issues. Never backing away from a challenge we always fixed the toughest problems. Always mentored other multi-craft to be the best they could. Coming from integration gave me a legs up doing maintenance and I always shared what knowledge I have.

You name it and I pretty much did it. Being well rounded in this complex industry is a must. Worked countless hours and gained a lifetime of experience in 9+ years. Nine years at 84+ hour weeks translates into nearly 20! This was by far one of the best places I have ever worked at and the company invests in you heavily! Ran multiple projects at OEM and tier one sites. The power point has the jobs I have been on and plant locations.

Southeastern sales manager for multiple store chain. Announced as rookie of the year salesman my first year. The store chain was huge and nationwide until they filed for bankruptcy. Kept track of all sales and managed 2 stores personally. Always taught classes for the latest technology in our field and insured our people knew their stuff. Scheduled days off and on for all the employees.

Custom modification for all handicapped vehicles. We installed zero effort turning, steering, motorized lifts, and automatic door openers. All of this was custom and had to be performed on numerous types of vehicles. We would lower floors in vans and relocate gas tanks if needed to be. I ran 12 associates and assisted with sales. I would make house calls when needed. Dealt with the VA often to get customers approved for loans. Learned many skilled trades and always had to think outside of the box. After an installation was done we customized the interior as well so it still looked like a new vehicle.

Over 100’s of Marines assigned in my units. In charge of millions of dollars worth of trucks, guns, and Marines welfare. Nominated for multiple personal awards. Nominated for Marine of the year board in 1998. Journeyman diesel mechanic.

Roofing, framing, hardwood, sheet rock, flooring,etc. Basically everything that refers to construction. Learned skilled trades early in life that always come in handy. I was in high school at the time but worked part time for friends and various companies. Learned and did H VAC in vocational school. Worked this trades until I shipped off for the nations finest!
