Currently serving as CEO and a board member at SYNOVA, Joerg Krueger brings 20 years’ experience as a senior executive. Over the years, he has built high performing teams, with a proven ability to rally employees behind a common vision or goal. He is a highly experienced international business leader whose approach to leadership is centered around people. One of Joerg’s key achievements at SYNOVA has been the securing of finance to give the company a runway for its development. Under his stewardship, SYNOVA has started to increase revenue from orders, improve operational efficiency and arrow its focus onto chemical recycling applications. What drives Joerg is his passion to mitigate climate change. This means reducing the extraction of new fossil resources in large quantities and at speed, which is something SYNOVA can facilitate with its Molecular Recycling Solutions, which are designed to transform how the world recycles plastics. As CEO, he works closely with like-minded investors and (petro)chemical companies that share SYNOVA’s vision and want to produce chemicals and plastics from renewable feedstock sources. As SYNOVA develops into a more mature and larger enterprise, his mission is to help the world work towards a sustainable future by providing solutions that will make the future extraction of fossil fuels obsolete.
