IMA Group is world leader in the design and manufacture of automatic machines for the processing and packaging of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, tea and coffee, as well as in the automation of industrial processes. I have the responsibility of IMA Eurosicma (100 employees), IMA Record (50 employees), IMA Ciemme (35 employees), IMA Spreafico (50 employees), all these companies have the plant in Lombardy region and belongs to IMA Flex Hub, IMA End Of Line and IMA Coffee segment. This role it’s dynamic and I handle a variety of activities, something I like and am passionate about. I spend most of my time working on: • Implementation of processes, projects defined at corporate level within the organizations globally assigned. • management of the entire talent acquisition process (budget, recruiting, on boarding, induction feedback, salary encreases) • Continuous collaboration with business managers, managing human resources in order to guarantee attraction, retention, development and motivation. • Guarantee the alignment of skills and organization in line with the evolution of the business. • Promote the connection between the business needs, the people and the HR strategy, with particular attention to promote and comunicate the corporate company culture.

In the role of HR Assistant I handle multiple activities for 140 people; - talent acquisition process, on boarding; - payroll and administration; - trainings and communication; - engagement survey - welfare.

Tutoring activities: - assistance to courses; - interaction with "students" - supporting participants with administration; - management of courses documents; - producing reports for headquarters.

I am responsible for a project witch analyse the business environment and company welfare. To improve communication and cooperation we are working on these macro-areas: - communication (internal-external) - people engagement - trainings

Internship as a student of Applied Behavioral Analyst, required to apply for the international certification (BACB board) to became a BCBA.

I was working with a 10 years old boy with down syndrome as a teacher assistant in a primary school, designing and implementing the project while the child was learning. Every day everything was made for him to improve his skills and knowledge. Achievement: starting with 3 words at the end of the year he was able to read and write 38 words with the global method simplified.

I was working as a Direct Support Professional in one of the 16 residential houses in the campus with children/youths with Autism. This was an international real life experience where I had the opportunity to live and work with Americans and other internationals. What was really important was the possibility to learn from the experience in a different country and in one of the oldest side of the United States the Dutchess County (up state New York, Hudson Valley).

As Swimming Instructor and Lifeguard I had the opportunity to learn how to teach and manage groups of people.

I was working in schools and at home with youths who has special needs. I was planning the activities with regular teachers, to achieve their goals and to improve their skills. I was writing the final report at the end of the year.

I was working in a residential structure for deaf-blind and multi-impaired adults as an educator. The educator has the main role to manage the daily life of the people in the apartment. He/she has to plan, organize, schedule and report all the aspects of life. I was working on shifts 6 days per week and during holidays.

Thesis: Education and rehabilitation: an effective plan of life for the deafblind.

I received a certificate from Boston University stating that I had successfully completed my English language course.

Thesis: Education to sport and play, from a personal experience.
