I am a Swiss lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) based in Switzerland. I specialise in general Commercial Law, Litigation, Arbitration and Labour Law. I have experience in different dispute resolution including Swiss civil court litigation, Swiss labour court litigation, conciliation and mediation.   In recent years, I mainly worked on litigation and arbitration cases in Switzerland, prepared and amended the relevant legal documents and court pleadings, advised private clients, financial institutions and corporations on legal strategies and represented them in proceedings before Swiss courts. Apart from advising clients, I also published articles on the subject of Swiss litigation law, mentored trainees and supervised their legal research and work. I recently graduated from University of San Diego, San Diego, United States with an L.L.M in Comparative Law.
