In charge of the team providing Dorel Europe with juvenile goods from China. The goods rqnged from total in-house design to complete on-the-shelves products. I managed the whole supply chain (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality) for these goods with a strong technical support related to my engineering background.

In charge of developping OEM and ODM goods in Asia. It starts by receiving the technical specifications from France then study it with suppliers. The main part of the position is to manage the design fien tuning, tooling design and debugging before production. The team to be managed was made of 10+ members, all Chinese, covering engineering and quality. Knowledges in aluminium and steel tubing, plastic parts and textile are necessary for this position.

The topics studied are mainly artificial intelligence, deep learning, computer vision, path planning, localization, sensor fusion and robotics.
