Coached the Varsity Softball Team for two seasons while working at the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center.

* Primary management areas include: Education, Front Desk Operations, IMAX operations, Facility Rentals and Volunteers. * Manage all program budgets (2 million annual) and staffing requirements (11 FTE and 20-70 PTE depending on the season). * Maintain current relationship while developing new relationships; other NASA centers. * Serve as the Kansas Cosmosphere ambassador to formal and other informal education organizations. * Assist in charting the future course of the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center. Interact with the Governing Board and Foundation Board on a regular basis.

* Director of Education * Responsible for the quality, performance and development of all Education programs at the Kansas Cosmosphere. * Manage all program budgets and staffing requirements. * Developed new experiential space experiences centered on the Future Astronaut Training Program. New experiences include Mars Academy, additional levels of the Future Astronaut Training Program, Aviation Camp, Adult versions of all experiences and school camp experiences.

* Served as the lead instructor for the Cosmosphere's charter science academy. * Developed lesson plans and activities that challenged students to learn science without the help of a written text through hands-on discovery. * Managed budgets and staffing at the Cosmosphere Academy.
