* Maintained the function of staff's computers for the College of Business and Education through * listening to the users and incorporating in depth troubleshooting. * Researched a program called Windows Steadystate and designed an 11 page documentation * for a presentation to Indiana State's IT department. The document included a brief overview of * the main features in the program. This program keeps a computers original state by erasing * anything done during a user's session. The program was implemented in two training labs.

Updated and maintained site through hand coding, Dreamweaver, and Joomla. - Created flyers, logos, and pamphlets for events of the Argonne Science community
