* Design and develop an electrical architecture including circuits, harnesses and fuse boxes for a new vehicle. * Administration of the legacy MG Rover CAD electrical system software (ACES) component database and successfully managed the migration to VeSys Electrical Series. * Validation of electrical systems using the simulation capabilities of VeSys, determining volt drops and validating fuse sizing. * Developed a VB6 tool which combined the data from the whole vehicle set of harnesses into one file improving the efficiency of VeSys.

Design/documentation of the wiring harness changes required to support the DB7 2000MY project as well as supporting the 99MY production build. Due to short development time I reworked an existing harness set for the first prototype vehicle.

Working closely with key customers to resolve build issues which required a complete redesign of the assembly board. Introduced a semi-automated process for comparing circuit and harness data which reduced checking time from several days to 2 hours.
