As a business development manager, I was a partner to all my customers. I listened to the voice of the customer to understand their pain points, needs and challenges. Responsible to determine market size/share, revenue potential and ROI in order to develop plans and sales targets. As a senior design project leader, I lead internal engineering teams responsible for developing custom injection molded, interior vehicle assist grips handles, grips and hooks. Working directly as a Teir 1 with OEMs both in domestic and the International Automotive markets. -Lead design projects with global outside-in engineering teams. I was a responsible for market research, focused patent-ability and produced studies of market potential and expected financial gains summaries. -Responsible to be the division topic expert in overhead safety and development, with a focus on FMVSS, ECE and SINCAP governmental safety expertise. Through testing and engineering, ensure compliance to protect company interests and provide customer satisfaction. -Manage programs from concept design through product launch. Utilizing Catia, NX, FEA, and MoldFlow as design tools. DFMEA/PFMEA, as well as, customer specific data logs and transfer systems. -Patent Liaison to our Corporate Group council for patent work amongst our facilities. Charged with patent searches for new innovation patent-ability and infringement mitigation. technical writing of application, disclosures and legal submittals. -Supported, extensively, our sales staff with technical engineering support. Interfacing directly with Tier 1 & 2 customers, understand "pain points" to develop new patentable ideas, meeting technical standards for both current projects and to develop future partnerships. -Work directly with OEM design studios, engineering and their respective assembly plants to develop solutions for advanced part appearance, ergonomic compliance, Federal compliance and plant wishes. -Championed cross-functional internal teams such as automation, quality, packaging for ease of product launches. -Train and develop new highers in design/engineering

All within the guidelines of the customers styling and performance specification, including Federal standards for safety. Utilizing Catia, IDEAS NX, FEA, and MoldFlow as design tools, as well as, customer specific data logs and transfer systems. I also work with sales staff as technical engineering support to interface with customers directly to develop new patent-able ideas meeting technical standards for both current designs and future business growth of both ITW and the customer.

Responsible for day to day operations. Marketing for tenants. Managing maintenance maintenance team and finances. Performing market research and contracting.

Through a comprehensive three-module program of training and assessment, the CM certification validates a level of managerial competency and leadership potential. The CM credential is recognized world wide and is attained by meeting eligibility requirements for education and experience, and passing three CM assessment exams.
