- Processed tax forms for low to middle class citizens under IRS guidelines using the tax software TaxSlayerPro - Consulted with customers on current financial situations to help analyze through differing tax certifications - Engaged in 20+ hours of workshops, training, learning and applying tax laws and regulations for customers VITA has offered me the opportunity to not only gain firsthand experience as to what the tax field holds, but to give back to the community. I enjoy having the opportunity to help those around me understand their financial circumstances and process their taxes, further exciting me for my future in tax accounting ahead.

- Collected all customer payments and verified that all digital and cash transactions aligned with the POS system, documenting the totals at the end of each shift - Efficiently managed administrative tasks daily, such as phone calls, delivery services and cash register operations - Prioritized and promoted customer engagement with 50+ customers daily through personalized interactions Being a cashier at L&L Hawaiian BBQ taught me how to be self-sufficient and how to multitask efficiently. Being the only non-chef worker on the floor throughout the shift, I managed each of the tasks listed above and through it, gained confidence in tackling multiple tasks at once.
