Joel Goertz

Currently I am 3 years into proudly owning my own business, I have lots of experience in the rough construction industry from foundations all the way to putting on shingles. I work with a team of great professionals and I’m always looking to make connections with motivated individuals/company’s to do work for. We are continually looking to improve on our strengths and work out our weaknesses. I started my career at 13 not yet knowing that it would be my career choice for the rest of my life. I quickly learned that this is where my heart lay for my work. I trained under many talented and skilled workers. Watching and learning great leadership from project manager and owners. I now set out to bring these big elements to my own company in the pursuit of perfecting management of projects and people to balance a job people can enjoy working and a product and service customer can be proud to have invested in.
