• To lead and coordinate the engineering activities for assigned test programs conversion plans (HATINA /ETS platforms). • To contribute to line / process / product transfer, change or qualification with respect to defined priorities • To contribute to yield/Quality improvements activities with operations in the concerned areas • To lead and coordinate the supporting activities for new product development and characterization, engineering trials and engineering analysis on running production. • Support operations on technical activities related to testers and jigs (jig Debug, new tester SW qualification….)

• Modify procedures and methods for test, verification of the company’s products • Validate testing activities and results of manufacturing equipment • Participate in design verification of new equipment • Participate in preparing product compliance documentation • Ensure the equipment is properly tested, calibrated and certified according to the corresponding procedures. • Participate in Root Cause Analysis when repetitive failure of products occur • Provide test and product engineering support to improve product manufacturability of • ASIC/Mixed-Signal devices tested on Teradyne (Micro/Integra Flex, J750, A5xx & Catalyst) and T2000 Advantest Platform. • Monitors and analyze First/ Final Yield and QC, formulates & execute short and long term corrective actions to improve yield performance and timely disposition of non-conforming and problematic lots. • Implement test programs and hardware modifications to improve products final test yield and QC resolution. • Provide support to Line Sustaining, Hardware and Tester groups in troubleshooting, set-up and repair. • Drive productivity projects and improve test procedures. • Interfaces with the Counterpart Engineers regarding Test yield, QC and other test related issues. • Maintains and controls specifications for released products. • Maintains KPI’s that support business objectives

• Verification and disposition of hold lots (LY + QC) in cooperation with the Quality/ Product and Test Development. • Perform qualification on new Device, Hardware and ATE for release in Production use. • Provides first level analysis of Device Won’t Pass issues. • Provides Support and/or take project ownership for continuous improvement. • Composes the 8D verification report based on effective finding of assignable cause for non-conformance and detection of defects. • Production environment test experience • Basic programming, database access and instrument control experience

• Performs set-up of scheduled devices within defined time duration. • Expertise on Handler equipment conversion (Advantest, Multitest, Rasco, Gravity) • Provides set-up support and Prober conversion at Wafer Probe. • Performs first level fault isolation, repair of equipment and associated peripherals. • Provides set-up and ATE isolation results. • Ensures availability and accuracy of monitors, data, status Indicators, records and reports related to test set-up activities. • Responsible for general housekeeping of all equipment and materials in work area.
