Officer of the company reporting to the CEO as leader of Modine's Vehicular Thermal Solutions and Heavy Duty Equipment segments with profit & loss responsibility for these global business units that represent $1.2 billion of annual revenue, 20 locations on 4 continents, and 4,000 employees.

Responsible for Global Program Management and Program Quality with teams located and launching programs in N. America, S. America, Europe, India, China, & S. Korea.

Located in Shanghai, China and responsible for Application Engineering, Product Engr., Manufacturing Engr., and Program Management for Modine Asia with engineering teams in China, India, & Korea.

Responsible for the engineering team that developed, validated, and launched various heat exchangers for engines used in automotive, commercial vehicle, and off-highway applications.

Develop and/or launch production processes at Ford locations in India, Czech Republic, and Brazil.
